• Lighting and Safety - You want the store to be in a safe and well-lit location so customers feel safe in your store.
• Make sure there is plenty of parking and easy access off of the main passing road.
• Great signs – outside business signs stating the business and clearly marking "open" hours as well as clearly understandable interior signs telling customers how to do business with your store.
• Good hot water – make sure there is always plenty of hot water available to get the clothes clean.
